In the heart of the equatorial zone, a four-season climate is two rainy and two dry seasons, it should be on the south side between the center Nyong and SO’O and the Nyong and Mfoumou. The planned site (with a floor space of 30 to 40 000 sqm is built on a 1127m ² area of relative and annexes) will be located not far from a town (village, town). It will be easily accessible and be located in a beautiful environment in communion with nature. 85% will be made on a large agricultural area, a small wooded area and include direct access to a stream in the best case.
